September - St Anthony Fall Festival

St Anthony is our pack's charter organization and every fall they host a wonderful festival. There are games for all ages, bingo and many international foods as well as live entertainment though out the day and evening.
At this event, Pack 259 will be conducting the opening flag ceremony, as well as hosting a booth in effort to raise money for upcoming campouts, trips and uniforms. We will also be cleaning tables and managing trash removal as a community service project for St. Anthony Church.

Springtime: Annual Pinewood Derby

Our annual pinewood derby car race is an exciting time for scouts and parents alike!  Scouts design and build their own cars from a kit and then have a chance to race them on a specialized track.  There are awards for the winners of the races, but also for themes like: Most patriotic, best scout theme, best in show etc.
Parents and siblings are also encouraged to make and race cars as well.

March - Annual Blue & Gold Celebration (Cub Scout's Birthday)

The purpose of the blue and gold banquet is to celebrate the pack's anniversary, thank pack leaders and other adults who have helped the pack, and inspire the leaders, Scouts, and parents. Packs often like to invite former members and other Scouting or community leaders to take part in their blue and gold banquet.
